Dear Guests,
We offer accommodation in a newly renovated, clean, and cozy country house located at the northernmost point of the Czech Republic, in the scenic region of Bohemian Switzerland (Sächsische Schweiz), in the village of Severní (which means “Northern” in Czech).
In summer, you can enjoy hiking and cycling trips in the surrounding area. In winter, the region offers ideal conditions for both cross-country and downhill skiing, with the Rugiswalde/Sebnitz ski area just a 10-minute drive away. For relaxation, our cottage features a Finnish sauna with a massage shower and water heater, a whirlpool massage bath, and an outdoor swimming pool.
You can showcase your culinary skills on the spacious, covered terrace, which includes seating, a barbecue, and a beer tap. Meanwhile, your children will have fun on the garden playground, equipped with a sandpit, slide, and swings.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and a complete kitchen and dining set, including kitchen towels.

With a comfortable sofa, TV and free Wi-Fi you can just relax and enjoy yourselves.

Our shared games room features a large-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a PS4 game console. You’ll also find an elliptical trainer and a selection of board games.

A separate bathroom includes a massage bath, shower, and toilet. Fresh towels are provided for your comfort.
05. Sauna
Unwind in our sauna, complemented by a massage and torrential shower. Fresh towels are available for your convenience.

Settle into a cozy relaxation room with comfortable armchairs and a small table—perfect for unwinding after a sauna session or a long day.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience, making it easy to do your laundry during your stay.

Our secure storage area provides a safe and practical space for your skis, snowboards, or bicycles.
09. Outdoor area
Enjoy the outdoors with a pop-up canopy, a furnished terrace, a barbecue, and drinking facilities. Children can have fun in the sandpit, on the swings, or in the outdoor swimming pool. On-site parking is available.
10. General information
The house is heated with a central wood-burning stove and radiant heaters. The property is fenced and monitored by security cameras. Pets are welcome, but smoking is not permitted.
11. Additional services (for a fee)
We offer extra services, including cleaning and laundry products, toiletries, firewood/briquettes, electricity, a beer tap (on request), and final cleaning.
12. Family-Friendly accommodation
The house is ideal for families with children. Upon request, we can provide a cot, a high chair, and other child-friendly equipment.
